Physical Therapist Opportunity Location: Kent, Washington Position: Full-Time Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary: We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a busy outpatient practice and provide practical, individualized care to patients working through pain, injury, and mobility challenges. The role centers on evaluation, treatment planning, hands-on therapy, and patient education. With one patient per hour, you’ll be able to stay focused on care quality and progress from visit to visit. Responsibilities: Evaluate new patients and identify treatment priorities Establish personalized therapy plans with clear goals Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and manual treatment Document progress and complete re-evaluations as needed Teach patients how to continue progress between visits Communicate with the care team about treatment updates Support safe, effective recovery throughout the plan of care Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree Active Washington Physical Therapist license Outpatient experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills New graduates are welcome to apply depending on fit PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a setting where quality care comes first—explore this opportunity with us today.
