Physical Therapist – Flexible 4-Day Option in Outpatient Orthopedics Looking for a PT Role with Better Balance? This Pompano Beach, FL opportunity offers flexibility without stepping away from hands-on orthopedic care. The clinic is PT-owned, outpatient-based, and built around a patient schedule of 2 patients per hour. You can choose between a 4-day work schedule or a traditional Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. What the Role Looks Like You’ll spend your day working with orthopedic patients who need support with strength, mobility, balance, pain reduction, post-surgical recovery, and return-to-function goals. This is a role where patient education and skilled treatment both matter. Responsibilities Complete evaluations for new patients Develop individualized treatment plans Provide orthopedic rehab services in an outpatient setting Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, mobility work, and functional training Help patients understand their treatment goals and home exercises Reassess progress and update plans of care Complete timely and accurate documentation Coordinate with PTAs to support treatment carryover Active FL Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Interest in orthopedic patient care Strong time management and patient communication skills Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Choose a PT role that gives you flexibility, strong pay, and the time to treat patients well.
