Physical Therapist Location: Boynton Beach, FL Position: Physical Therapist Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Pay: $50–$55 per hour Office: One Boynton Beach office only We are hiring a Physical Therapist in Boynton Beach, FL for an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy office. This role is for a PT who enjoys working directly with patients and creating care plans that are useful, specific, and easy to follow. You will support patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, pain-related limitations, balance concerns, weakness, and reduced mobility. Your work will help patients return to walking, lifting, work tasks, exercise, and daily routines with better control. Flexible Schedule Options: Four 10-hour workdays Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Complete evaluations and identify patient goals Develop outpatient orthopedic treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility work, and functional movement training Track progress and revise plans of care when needed Educate patients on home exercises, body mechanics, and recovery habits Complete visit notes, progress reports, and discharge documentation Work with the clinic team to support smooth patient care Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience or outpatient clinical rotation experience Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401K plan with company match 21 days PTO / 3 weeks PTO Full benefits included Flexible schedule options Start your next chapter in Boynton Beach with a PT role that keeps patient care practical, active, and rewarding.
