Physical Therapist Location: Bonita Springs, FL near Naples, FL Position: Full-Time Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in Bonita Springs, FL to evaluate patients, deliver one-on-one treatment, update plans of care, and help patients move better, recover well, and return to daily activities with improved function. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and establish clear treatment goals Develop treatment plans that reflect each patient’s condition and progress Deliver individualized therapy sessions in a private outpatient office Reassess patients regularly and adjust care plans when appropriate Document patient visits and progress in a timely and accurate manner Instruct patients on exercise programs and recovery expectations Work collaboratively with clinic staff to support day-to-day operations Follow all clinical, ethical, and documentation standards Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one Current CPR certification Outpatient experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to manage a full-time schedule in a consistent and organized way PTO Aetna Health Insurance Paid Holidays IRA Plan with a 3% Company Match Productivity Bonuses $1,200 CE annual allowance plan If you are ready for a role where your time with patients actually allows you to do your job well, we would love to connect with you.
