Position Details Role: Physical Therapist Clinic Type: PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience Schedule: 4-day workweek or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Benefits: Full benefits package Daily Responsibilities Evaluate patients and determine appropriate plans of care Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and general musculoskeletal cases Help patients improve strength, range of motion, balance, mobility, and function Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise instruction Reassess patient progress throughout the plan of care Communicate clearly with patients about goals and expectations Complete accurate clinical documentation Provide direction to PTAs when appropriate Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation Reliable clinical judgment and patient communication skills Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible schedule options Step into a PT role where your time, skill, and patient outcomes all matter.
