Physical Therapist | Full-Time Position | Outpatient Clinic Location: Coral Springs, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 yearly DOE plus full benefits Job Summary: We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a private outpatient clinic. In this role, you will assess and treat patients, helping them regain their strength, mobility, and independence. We value quality care and patient relationships, so you’ll have the time to focus on delivering effective therapy without feeling rushed. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans Deliver individual therapy services to outpatient patients Monitor progress and adapt treatments as needed Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies Maintain accurate and timely patient records Collaborate with a close-knit team of professionals to enhance patient outcomes Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree Valid Florida Physical Therapist license Excellent communication skills and ability to explain treatment plans clearly Comfortable working in a patient-centered outpatient environment Experience preferred but not required PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re ready to help patients achieve their goals while building your career, apply today and make a difference.
