Physical Therapist | Full-Time Orthopedic Clinic Opening About the Clinic This modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Grain Valley, MO provides physical therapy services for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic sees patients from age 11 to 90, creating a well-rounded caseload with a mix of injury recovery, mobility concerns, pain-related limitations, strength deficits, balance needs, and return-to-activity goals. The clinic has a clinical team of 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, with documentation completed through WebPT. Weekly clinic volume is approximately 160–190 patient visits, and daily patient volume averages 7–15 patients per provider. The Role The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, providing skilled interventions, educating patients, tracking progress, and working closely with the clinical team to support high-quality outpatient care. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation, schedule flexibility, and professional development potential.
