Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Location: Piscataway, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90K to $110K a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: Our team is seeking a Physical Therapist who can help patients improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall function. This role involves working closely with individuals across different stages of recovery, from initial assessment through treatment progression. You will have the opportunity to make a visible impact by helping patients return to work, daily routines, and physical activity with confidence. Responsibilities: Assess patients’ physical condition, range of motion, and limitations Build treatment plans tailored to patient goals and medical history Provide hands-on therapy and guided exercise sessions Reassess outcomes and adjust treatment plans as recovery progresses Instruct patients on home programs and injury prevention Document visits, goals, and progress notes accurately Collaborate with referral sources and internal team members Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and treatment planning Ability to manage a full-time patient schedule effectively Previous outpatient experience preferred PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are looking for a role where your work directly improves how people move and live, we’d like to connect with you.
