Full-Time Physical Therapist Location: Somerset, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90K to $110K a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time outpatient setting. You will work one-on-one with patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support safe recovery. The day-to-day work includes evaluations, treatment planning, exercise instruction, and helping patients stay consistent with their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities: Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments Create treatment plans that address each patient’s condition and goals Deliver physical therapy treatments using exercise, stretching, and manual therapy Monitor patient response and modify treatment as appropriate Teach proper movement patterns and home exercise programs Maintain timely and complete patient records Coordinate care with the clinical team as needed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and treatment planning Ability to manage a full-time patient schedule effectively Previous outpatient experience preferred PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are looking for a role where your work directly improves how people move and live, we’d like to connect with you.
