Licensed Physical Therapist Location: Piscataway, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90K to $110K a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support patients as they regain strength, movement, and function. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy designed to help people move through recovery with structure and support. You will work directly with patients to set goals, track progress, and guide each stage of treatment in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Assess physical limitations, pain levels, and functional ability Create treatment plans based on patient needs and therapy goals Provide therapeutic exercise instruction and manual treatment Track patient outcomes and make clinical adjustments as needed Support patients with education on injury prevention and recovery habits Keep patient records complete and up to date Work closely with staff and referral sources to support continuity of care Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Strong understanding of rehabilitation and treatment planning Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members Previous clinical experience preferred PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience to a role where your day-to-day work helps patients get back to living well.
