Physical Therapist Job Summary A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Briny Breezes, FL is adding a Physical Therapist to its team. This role focuses on helping patients regain function, improve mobility, and return to their everyday routines after pain, injury, or surgery. With 2 patients per hour, the clinic offers a pace that allows for strong evaluations, thoughtful treatment, and steady patient progress. Position Highlights Outpatient orthopedic setting PT-owned clinic 2 patients per hour Salary range of $90,000–$110,000 per year Flexible schedule: 4-day option or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Full benefits package Responsibilities Perform evaluations and develop appropriate plans of care Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Guide patients through strengthening, stretching, mobility, balance, and functional training Provide manual therapy and movement-based interventions Educate patients on home exercises and recovery expectations Review progress and adjust treatment plans Complete accurate documentation Collaborate with PTAs and clinic staff to support patient care Florida PT License required DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Interest in orthopedic care Professional and clear communication style Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible schedule PT-owned outpatient office Explore a Physical Therapist role where quality care and schedule flexibility come together.
