Physical Therapist Location: Delray Beach, FL Position: Physical Therapist Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Pay: $50–$55 per hour Office: Work from one Delray Beach office only We are adding a Physical Therapist in Delray Beach, FL for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. This role is ideal for a PT who likes seeing patients progress from evaluation to discharge and enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic cases. Patients may come in after surgery, injury, pain flare-ups, weakness, stiffness, or loss of mobility. Your role is to assess where they are, create a clear plan, and help them regain better movement and function through consistent care. Schedule Choices: 4-day workweek with 10-hour days Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and identify physical therapy needs Build treatment plans for orthopedic and post-operative conditions Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional movement care Review outcomes and adjust goals as patients improve Educate patients on recovery steps and home exercises Maintain accurate documentation for visits and plan updates Communicate with PTAs and staff to support patient care Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience or outpatient clinical rotation experience Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401K plan with company match 21 days PTO Full benefits included Flexible schedule options Take your PT career into a Delray Beach outpatient setting where your work can make each visit count.
