Physical Therapist Location: Cape Coral, FL Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Patient Load: 1–2 patients per hour Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a full-time outpatient clinic role in Cape Coral, FL. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, creating practical treatment plans, and helping people recover from injuries, surgery, pain, and movement limitations. Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments Develop practical treatment plans that match each patient’s condition and goals Guide patients through strengthening, stretching, balance, mobility, and functional exercises Use appropriate hands-on techniques and therapeutic interventions Track outcomes and adjust treatment plans as patients progress Teach patients home exercise programs and recovery strategies Document patient visits accurately and on time Support a professional outpatient clinic experience Active Florida Physical Therapist License required DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required Outpatient experience required New graduates are welcome Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Monday to Friday schedule Competitive salary based on experience Bring your PT skills to a Lehigh clinic where patient progress is the focus.
