Physical Therapist | Full-Time Opportunity Location: New Brunswick, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90K to $110K a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who can provide thoughtful, effective treatment to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or physical strain. This position involves evaluating patients, building realistic care plans, and helping individuals improve strength, range of motion, and overall function. It’s a strong fit for someone who values steady patient interaction and measurable progress. Responsibilities: Complete patient evaluations and establish treatment goals Design therapy plans tailored to each patient’s condition Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions using exercise and manual therapy Reassess progress and update care plans when needed Educate patients on recovery steps, body mechanics, and at-home exercises Document treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately Coordinate with other providers as part of the care process Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Strong understanding of rehabilitation and treatment planning Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members Previous clinical experience preferred PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience to a role where your day-to-day work helps patients get back to living well.
