Physical Therapist | Full-Time Outpatient Role with Flexible Schedule Options Location: Grandview, Missouri Position: Physical Therapist Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience A Day in This Role As a Physical Therapist in this outpatient orthopedic clinic, your day will include patient evaluations, treatment sessions, care plan updates, home exercise education, and documentation in WebPT. You will work primarily with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Patients may be recovering from injuries, surgery, pain, weakness, mobility loss, or movement limitations. The goal is to help each patient move with better control, strength, and confidence in daily life. Schedule Preferences The clinic offers flexibility and would strongly prefer one of these options: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Patient and Clinic Information Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants EMR System: WebPT Responsibilities Assess patients and determine physical therapy needs Create individualized plans of care based on clinical findings Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through skilled PT services Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional training, and mobility support Guide patients through strength, balance, flexibility, and movement programs Educate patients on home exercises and safe activity progression Reassess progress and update treatment plans as needed Document patient care accurately in WebPT Coordinate with PTAs to maintain continuity of care Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong patient communication and documentation skills Ability to work well in a team-based clinic setting Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through a variety of insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a role where your clinical work has a clear purpose each day.
