We’re Hiring a Physical Therapist to Join Our Care Team Location: Somerset, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90K to $110K a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and return to daily activities with greater confidence. In this role, you will evaluate physical function, create treatment plans, and guide patients through therapy sessions that are focused, practical, and goal driven. Your work will play an important part in helping people recover safely and steadily. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and identify movement limitations and treatment needs Develop individualized therapy plans based on clinical findings Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training Use hands-on treatment techniques when appropriate Monitor recovery progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Teach patients how to continue progress through home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Strong understanding of rehabilitation and treatment planning Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members Previous clinical experience preferred PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience to a role where your day-to-day work helps patients get back to living well.
