Physical Therapist Location: Naples, FL Position: Physical Therapist Pay: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic in Naples, FL. This position gives you the opportunity to help patients move better, recover safely, build strength, and feel more confident with everyday activities. This is a full-time weekday role with a patient pace that supports thoughtful care, clear communication, and treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s goals. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and document physical therapy findings Treat pain, weakness, mobility issues, balance concerns, post-surgical needs, and functional limitations Develop therapy plans that are realistic, measurable, and patient-specific Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, stretching, strengthening, and mobility work Teach patients safe movement habits and home exercise programs Review patient response to treatment and update care plans as needed Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in a timely manner Support a positive and professional clinic environment Active Florida Physical Therapist License required DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required Outpatient experience required New graduates are welcome Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Monday to Friday schedule Competitive salary based on experience Apply today!
