This PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Boca Raton, FL keeps patient volume at 2 patients per hour, giving Physical Therapists the time to evaluate properly, treat with focus, and build real progress with each patient. This role is a strong fit for a PT who wants to work in outpatient orthopedics without feeling rushed from room to room all day. What You’ll Be Doing Evaluate patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports-related needs Build personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional limitations Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and mobility work Track outcomes and adjust plans of care as patients progress Educate patients on home exercise programs and movement strategies Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and discharges Work with PTAs and clinic staff to keep care consistent and organized Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Interest in orthopedic outpatient care Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Location: Boca Raton, FL Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour Clinic: PT-owned Benefits Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO If you’re ready for a PT role where patient care is given the time it deserves, this is a strong next step.
