Physical Therapist Location: Naples, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary: $80K to $110K per year based on experience, plus full benefits Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary Looking for a change where you can focus on building relationships with your patients? We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our private outpatient practice in Naples. In this role, you’ll assess, treat, and track patients’ progress, all while ensuring they get the attention and care they need to succeed. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations to identify impairments and develop customized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient Reassess patient progress and modify plans accordingly Help patients understand their conditions and empower them with home exercises Keep all patient documentation up to date and accurate Maintain a friendly, professional environment for patients and colleagues Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one Outpatient experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply Paid time off (PTO) $1,200 annual continuing education allowance IRA with 3% company match Full health benefits If you’re looking for a rewarding role that lets you make a tangible difference without the pressure of high patient volumes, this could be the perfect fit.
