Full-Time Physical Therapist Location: Pompano Beach, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $80,000 to $100,000/year DOE plus full benefits Job Summary: We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a private outpatient clinic. The work centers on helping patients move better, feel stronger, and recover safely through individualized care. With one patient scheduled each hour, you can stay present during treatment sessions and focus on delivering quality care from start to finish. Responsibilities: Complete initial evaluations and follow-up assessments Build treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs Provide therapy sessions that support mobility, strength, and pain relief Track patient outcomes and update plans when appropriate Educate patients on home care and injury prevention Document treatment sessions clearly and accurately Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree Active Florida Physical Therapist license Strong communication and clinical judgment Outpatient experience preferred, but not required New graduates may be considered PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you want a role where you can stay focused on patient progress and keep a steady weekday schedule, this could be a strong fit.
