Physical Therapist About the Clinic This is a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a strong focus on practical, patient-centered rehabilitation. The clinic keeps patient volume manageable at 2 patients per hour, giving clinicians time to provide quality care and build strong treatment plans. About the Position The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, provide orthopedic treatment, guide recovery plans, and help patients improve movement, strength, and everyday function. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys outpatient care and wants flexibility in their weekly schedule. Responsibilities Evaluate new patients and create individualized treatment plans Treat patients with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical needs, pain, and mobility limitations Provide skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance work, and functional training Educate patients on recovery goals and home exercise programs Measure progress and update plans as needed Document patient care accurately Communicate with PTAs, staff, and referring providers when appropriate Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT or MSPT Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Strong interest in orthopedic rehab Good clinical problem-solving skills Pay, Schedule, and Benefits Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: Flexible — 4-day schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401K with Company Match, and 3 weeks PTO
