Physical Therapist Location: Raytown, Missouri Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience Clinic Type: Outpatient Orthopedic Job Summary We are looking for a Physical Therapist to provide care in a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic serving patients ages 11 to 90. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient-facing work, structured treatment planning, and helping people move with better strength, comfort, and function. You will treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal concerns while working with a steady caseload and a clinical team that includes Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants. At-a-Glance Details Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 PTAs EMR System: WebPT Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions New graduates are encouraged to apply Preferred Work Schedule Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Responsibilities Evaluate patients and determine physical therapy needs Build treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, strengthening, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation Support patients with injury recovery, post-surgical needs, pain concerns, weakness, and movement limitations Educate patients on home programs and safe activity changes Monitor progress and make updates to care plans when appropriate Complete documentation through WebPT Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical staff to support treatment continuity Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills Ability to work with patients across different ages and physical needs Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you want a Physical Therapist role with patient variety, a clear orthopedic focus, and a team-based clinic setting, submit your resume today and learn more.
