Physical Therapist Plantation, Florida | Full-Time Compensation: $80K-$100K annually, based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Position Overview A full-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available for a clinician who enjoys helping patients improve strength, mobility, and day-to-day function. In this role, you will assess physical limitations, guide recovery, and deliver treatment that is practical, personalized, and goal-oriented. This position offers the chance to stay hands-on and clinically engaged throughout the patient journey. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and establish treatment goals Create treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and progress Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities Apply manual therapy and other appropriate treatment techniques Track patient outcomes and modify plans of care when necessary Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license Outpatient experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to manage documentation efficiently New graduates with strong clinical training may be considered 3 weeks of paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Take the next step toward a role where quality care and patient focus come first.
