Physical Therapist Location: Sarasota, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year DOE plus full benefits Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary Our private outpatient practice is hiring a Physical Therapist to support patients through recovery, mobility improvement, and strength building. The work is hands-on and practical: evaluating physical function, creating treatment plans, guiding therapy sessions, and helping patients reach measurable goals. This role is a strong fit for someone who values consistent hours, one-on-one attention, and a clinic environment focused on quality over volume. Responsibilities Complete evaluations and identify patient treatment needs Build individualized care plans based on diagnosis, function, and goals Provide direct treatment using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and movement training Measure outcomes and adjust plans based on patient progress Instruct patients on home exercise programs and recovery steps Keep documentation complete, accurate, and on time Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills New graduates with strong outpatient training may be considered PTO CE Allowance of $1,200 per year IRA with a 3% match Full benefits package Bring your clinical skills to a practice where you can focus on patient care and steady results.
