Physical Therapist Position Description A full-time Physical Therapist is needed in Greenwood, MO for a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is focused on treating patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions and helping them improve movement, strength, mobility, balance, and daily function. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, delivering therapy services, documenting care through WebPT, and working with a clinical team that includes Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants. Employment Information Employment Type: Full-Time EMR: WebPT Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants Salary Information New graduates: $65,000–$70,000 per year Experienced Physical Therapists: $80,000–$90,000 per year, depending on years of experience Schedule Preference The clinic offers flexibility and would strongly prefer either: Four 10-Hour Days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Monday–Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinic Volume and Patient Population This clinic sees approximately 160–190 patient visits per week, with an average daily patient volume of 7–15 patients per provider. Patients range from 11 to 90 years old, with most visits related to orthopedic and musculoskeletal care. The clinic serves patients covered by BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, Humana, and Aetna.
