We’re Hiring: Physical Therapist for Outpatient Clinic Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour Salary: $80K to $100K per year DOE plus full benefits Job Summary: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient clinic. You will work with patients recovering from injury, surgery, and physical limitations by providing treatment that improves strength, function, and movement. The pace is manageable, with one patient scheduled each hour. Responsibilities: Perform evaluations and reassessments Build treatment plans that match patient goals and condition Lead therapy sessions using exercises and treatment techniques Track recovery and update care plans as patients progress Teach patients proper movement patterns and injury prevention Maintain organized and timely documentation Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree Valid Florida Physical Therapist license Excellent communication skills and ability to explain treatment plans clearly Comfortable working in a patient-centered outpatient environment Experience preferred but not required PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re ready to help patients achieve their goals while building your career, apply today and make a difference.
