Physical Therapist Location: Tampa, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $80K to $110K/year DOE plus full benefits Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient practice where patient care stays personal and structured. In this role, you’ll evaluate movement issues, create treatment plans, guide recovery, and help patients improve strength, function, and day-to-day mobility. This is a good fit for someone who likes one-on-one care, steady hours, and the ability to follow each patient’s progress closely. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and identify pain points, mobility issues, and functional limitations Build individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and movement training Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans when needed Educate patients on home exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention Complete documentation accurately and on time Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills New graduates may be considered with strong clinical rotations PTO CE Allowance of $1,200/year IRA with a 3% match Full benefits If you want a role where you can focus on doing good work without feeling rushed, this could be a strong next move for you.
