Join Us as a Physical Therapist in Somerset, NJ Location: Princeton, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90K to $110K a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients work through pain, limited movement, and recovery challenges with structured treatment and clear direction. In this role, you’ll assess physical conditions, guide rehabilitation sessions, and help patients make steady gains toward independence and function. The work is hands-on, collaborative, and focused on real outcomes. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and determine therapy needs and limitations Develop individualized rehabilitation plans Provide treatment through stretching, strengthening, and manual techniques Monitor progress and revise treatment based on patient response Educate patients about treatment goals, exercises, and recovery strategies Complete required documentation with accuracy and consistency Communicate with the care team regarding patient status and progress Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Strong understanding of rehabilitation and treatment planning Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members Previous clinical experience preferred PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience to a role where your day-to-day work helps patients get back to living well.
