Physical Therapist | Full-Time Outpatient Opportunity Location: Fort Myers, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year DOE plus full benefits Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour Job Summary Our private outpatient clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist who enjoys practical, patient-focused care. You’ll work directly with individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or mobility limitations, helping them move better and return to daily routines with greater confidence. The schedule is consistent, the caseload is manageable, and the setting allows time for thoughtful treatment. Responsibilities Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and goals Lead one-on-one therapy sessions using exercise-based treatment and hands-on care Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed Teach patients proper form, mobility strategies, and home programs Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills New graduates may be considered with strong clinical rotations PTO CE Allowance of $1,200/year IRA with a 3% match Full benefits If you want a role where you can focus on doing good work without feeling rushed, this could be a strong next move for you.
