Physical Therapist Needed Location: Bridgewater, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90K to $110K a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to provide structured, patient-focused care in a full-time setting. This role is centered on helping patients recover movement, improve physical ability, and manage pain through well-planned therapy sessions. You will be responsible for creating treatment strategies, guiding patients through each phase of care, and helping them work toward realistic physical goals. Responsibilities: Examine patients and determine appropriate therapy needs Create personalized rehabilitation plans Provide direct treatment through exercise instruction and manual techniques Measure patient progress and make treatment adjustments Explain recovery goals and treatment steps clearly to patients Keep documentation complete and up to date Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and treatment planning Ability to manage a full-time patient schedule effectively Previous outpatient experience preferred PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are looking for a role where your work directly improves how people move and live, we’d like to connect with you.
