Physical Therapist Location: Pompano Beach, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year DOE plus full benefits Job Summary: We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at a private outpatient practice. This role is about helping patients recover, move better, and live more comfortably. You’ll have the time to work closely with each individual patient, ensuring they get the care and attention they deserve. Responsibilities: Evaluate new patients and create customized treatment plans Provide physical therapy services focused on mobility and pain management Track patient progress and update treatment goals Educate patients on exercises, stretching, and proper movement Complete clinical documentation in an organized and timely manner Work with the team to ensure coordinated patient care Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree Valid Florida Physical Therapist license Excellent communication skills and ability to explain treatment plans clearly Comfortable working in a patient-centered outpatient environment Experience preferred but not required PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re ready to help patients achieve their goals while building your career, apply today and make a difference.
