Physical Therapist Location: Bonita Springs, FL near Naples, FL Position: Full-Time Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a private outpatient office in Bonita Springs, Florida, near Naples. This position is a good fit for someone who wants to work in a setting where patient care can stay personal and focused. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, provide hands-on care, and help people improve mobility, strength, and day-to-day function. With one patient per hour, you will have the time to stay present, give clear guidance, and support steady progress. Responsibilities: Complete initial evaluations and identify patient needs and treatment goals Create individualized plans of care based on clinical findings Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting Monitor patient response and update treatment plans as needed Educate patients on home exercises, body mechanics, and recovery strategies Maintain accurate documentation for evaluations, visits, progress notes, and discharges Communicate with staff and referral sources regarding patient care when appropriate Help maintain a smooth, professional clinic environment Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one Current CPR certification Outpatient experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to manage a full-time schedule in a consistent and organized way PTO Aetna Health Insurance Paid Holidays IRA Plan with a 3% Company Match Productivity Bonuses $1,200 CE annual allowance plan If you are ready for a role where your time with patients actually allows you to do your job well, we would love to connect with you.
