Physical Therapist Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour Salary: New Graduate: $65,000–$70,000 per year Experienced PT: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience About the Role A full-time Physical Therapist is needed in Lee’s Summit, MO for a role that allows you to work at a steady, patient-focused pace. With a patient volume of 1–2 patients per hour, you will have the time to assess each person’s needs, build a clear plan of care, and support real progress through hands-on treatment, movement training, and education. What You’ll Be Doing Evaluate patients and identify mobility limitations, pain concerns, strength deficits, and functional goals Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility work, and functional movement support Educate patients on home exercise programs, posture, body mechanics, and safe movement habits Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate Complete accurate documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries Communicate with providers, patients, and family members when needed Maintain a safe, organized, and professional treatment environment Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active or eligible Missouri Physical Therapist license New graduates are welcome Previous clinical experience preferred for higher salary consideration Strong documentation, communication, and patient education skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Bring your PT skills to a role where you can treat with focus, support patient progress, and grow in your career.
