Physical Therapist Raymore, MO | Full-Time | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM This Physical Therapist position offers the chance to work with patients in a setting where quality of care matters. You will see approximately 1–2 patients per hour, allowing time for evaluations, treatment, education, documentation, and plan adjustments. The work centers on helping people move better, reduce pain, rebuild strength, and return to daily tasks with greater independence. You will play an active role in each patient’s progress, from the first visit through their continued recovery. Pay Range New Graduate Physical Therapist: $65,000–$70,000 per year Experienced Physical Therapist: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience Your Work Will Include Completing initial evaluations and reassessments Identifying patient goals, movement concerns, pain levels, and functional limitations Designing treatment plans using evidence-based physical therapy practices Providing hands-on treatment, strengthening programs, mobility training, balance work, and functional exercises Educating patients on home programs and recovery expectations Measuring progress and updating care plans as needed Preparing documentation that meets clinical and regulatory standards Supporting a positive patient experience from start to finish Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active or eligible Missouri Physical Therapist license New graduates are welcome Previous clinical experience preferred for higher salary consideration Strong documentation, communication, and patient education skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available If you are ready for a PT position with structure, support, and room to build lasting patient relationships, this opportunity is worth a conversation.
