Physical Therapist Location: Naples Park, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $80K to $110K per year DOE plus full benefits Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour Job Summary We’re expanding our team and need a full-time Physical Therapist to provide individualized care in a supportive environment. Located in Naples Park, our private outpatient clinic focuses on quality care where every patient is given the time they need to achieve their goals. You’ll have a manageable patient load and the opportunity to build strong, therapeutic relationships with each person. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans Provide one-on-one therapy with manual techniques, exercises, and education Track and report on patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary Educate patients on at-home exercises to continue their recovery Document all patient care and progress in a timely manner Contribute to a positive and professional clinic atmosphere Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one Outpatient experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply Paid time off (PTO) $1,200 annual continuing education allowance IRA with 3% company match Full health benefits If you’re looking for a rewarding role that lets you make a tangible difference without the pressure of high patient volumes, this could be the perfect fit.
