Offer Details Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour Clinic: PT-owned What the Work Involves The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic concerns, including pain, injury recovery, post-surgical needs, sports-related issues, weakness, balance concerns, and mobility limitations. Responsibilities Complete evaluations and functional assessments Create personalized treatment plans Provide manual therapy, strengthening, stretching, mobility training, and functional rehab Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention Review progress and update care plans Document visits, reassessments, and discharge summaries Communicate with PTAs and other staff to support patient care Maintain a professional treatment environment Florida PT License required DPT or MSPT Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Strong interest in orthopedic care Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Consider a PT role where the pay, schedule, benefits, and patient pace are all designed to support your work.
