Physical Therapist Location: Pleasant Valley, Missouri Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $90,000–$100,000 per year About the Job This full-time Physical Therapist position offers the chance to work in a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic with a clear focus on patient progress. You will help patients improve movement, restore strength, reduce functional limitations, and return to the activities they need or enjoy. The caseload is primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal, with patients from 11 to 90 years old. This gives the role variety, from young patients recovering from sports-related concerns to older adults working on mobility, strength, and daily function. Schedule Flexibility The clinic strongly prefers one of these options: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinic Overview Daily Patient Volume: 7–15 patients Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants EMR: WebPT Patient Age Range: 11–90 years old Main Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Responsibilities Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments Identify patient goals, physical limitations, pain levels, and movement concerns Develop individualized care plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation Support post-injury, post-surgical, and chronic pain-related recovery Teach patients home programs and safe movement strategies Track outcomes and revise treatment plans when needed Complete timely clinical documentation using WebPT Collaborate with PTAs to support consistent patient care Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong patient communication and documentation skills Ability to work well in a team-based clinic environment Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If this sounds like the kind of clinical setting where you could do strong work and continue growing, submit your resume today and let’s start the conversation.
