Full-Time Physical Therapist Location: Naples, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $80K to $110K/year depending on experience, plus full benefits Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient practice that values consistency, quality care, and real patient progress. This role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, and helping people build strength, improve movement, and reduce pain over time. If you prefer a clinic setting where you can stay focused and present with each patient, this opportunity may be a great fit. Responsibilities Assess patients’ strength, mobility, balance, and functional limitations Create treatment plans that align with patient needs and recovery goals Deliver skilled physical therapy through exercise instruction and manual techniques Track improvements and modify treatment plans based on progress Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery expectations Document visits, evaluations, and progress notes accurately Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills New graduates may be considered with strong clinical rotations PTO CE Allowance of $1,200/year IRA with a 3% match Full benefits If you want a role where you can focus on doing good work without feeling rushed, this could be a strong next move for you.
