Physical Therapist Job Summary This Physical Therapist role in Deerfield Beach, FL offers the chance to work in a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office with a patient schedule built for quality treatment. With 2 patients per hour, you can spend meaningful time evaluating, treating, educating, and guiding each patient. The clinic serves patients with orthopedic injuries, post-operative needs, sports-related conditions, pain, and functional limitations. Position Snapshot Orthopedic outpatient office PT-owned practice 2 patients per hour $90,000–$110,000 per year Flexible schedule: 4-day option or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Full benefits Responsibilities Perform evaluations and build personalized care plans Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Use manual therapy, therapeutic activities, strengthening, stretching, and mobility work Reassess patient progress and adjust care as needed Educate patients on movement, exercise, and recovery strategies Document services in a complete and timely manner Partner with PTAs to ensure treatment plans are followed properly Contribute to a professional and patient-centered clinic experience FL Physical Therapist License DPT or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred New grads welcome Strong clinical decision-making skills Ability to work well with patients and team members Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible schedule PT-owned outpatient environment If you are ready for an outpatient PT role with balance and purpose, let’s connect.
