Physical Therapist Location: Sarasota, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $80K to $110K/yr DOE plus full benefits Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour Job Summary We’re looking for a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice in Bonita Springs. The work is straightforward and meaningful: evaluate patients, treat movement problems, guide recovery, and help people get back to daily activities with more confidence and less pain. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule and enough time with each patient to provide focused care. Responsibilities Complete patient evaluations and establish treatment goals Design individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings Provide direct treatment using exercises, stretching, and manual therapy Reevaluate patient response and adjust treatment when appropriate Instruct patients on home programs and safe movement techniques Keep documentation current, complete, and compliant Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills New graduates may be considered with strong clinical rotations PTO CE Allowance of $1,200/year IRA with a 3% match Full benefits If you want a role where you can focus on doing good work without feeling rushed, this could be a strong next move for you.
