Physical Therapist Location: Somerset, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90K to $110K a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Physical Therapist to work directly with patients recovering from injury, surgery, and physical limitations. In this role, you will evaluate movement challenges, build treatment plans, and guide patients through exercises and hands-on care that support progress in everyday function. This position is ideal for someone who values steady patient interaction and practical results. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Lead therapeutic exercise sessions and manual treatment techniques Track progress and update care plans when needed Educate patients on exercises, mobility strategies, and recovery goals Complete accurate clinical documentation Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and treatment planning Ability to manage a full-time patient schedule effectively Previous outpatient experience preferred PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are looking for a role where your work directly improves how people move and live, we’d like to connect with you.
