Physical Therapist Location: Pleasant Valley, Missouri Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience Job Summary Our clinic is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to support patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in Pleasant Valley, Missouri. In this role, you will evaluate patients, create individualized care plans, provide skilled treatment, and help patients improve movement, strength, mobility, and function. This opportunity is open to both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates who are ready to grow in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting. The Setting This opportunity is with a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic serving patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The team includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, with documentation completed through WebPT. The clinic sees approximately 160–190 patient visits per week, and the daily provider volume is typically 7–15 patients per day. Patients range from 11 to 90 years old, offering a varied mix of needs, goals, and treatment plans. Schedule Preferences Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations and reassessments Create care plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Treat orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, weakness, post-surgical cases, and mobility limitations Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, strengthening, and functional movement activities Guide patients through home exercise programs and recovery expectations Track outcomes and revise treatment plans when needed Maintain clear documentation in WebPT Partner with PTAs and clinic team members to support patient care Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills Ability to work with patients across different ages and physical needs Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Explore a PT role where your clinical skills can grow alongside a steady outpatient caseload.
