Full-Time Physical Therapist Location: North Brunswick Township, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90K to $110K a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: Our team is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide consistent, patient-focused care in a full-time setting. You will help individuals improve mobility, manage discomfort, and work toward functional recovery through customized therapy plans. This role requires strong clinical decision-making, clear communication, and the ability to keep treatment practical and patient specific. Responsibilities: Perform evaluations and identify treatment priorities Build care plans that align with each patient’s condition and recovery goals Guide patients through exercise-based and hands-on therapy sessions Review patient response to treatment and update plans accordingly Provide instruction on safe movement and home exercise routines Maintain detailed treatment notes and progress documentation Contribute to a smooth and professional clinical environment Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Strong understanding of rehabilitation and treatment planning Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members Previous clinical experience preferred PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience to a role where your day-to-day work helps patients get back to living well.
