What You’ll Do as a PRN PT Perform functional mobility and strength assessments Build individualized, meaningful treatment plans Provide skilled PT interventions to maximize mobility, safety, and independence Educate residents and caregivers on mobility techniques and fall prevention Recommend assistive devices and environmental modifications Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support whole-person wellness Complete clear, timely clinical documentation What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current or eligible Wisconsin PT license Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills A passion for supporting older adults with dignity and compassion Flexibility and a collaborative mindset Willingness to travel from Green Bay to Crivitz or Marinette (with travel bonus!)
