GRAYS HARBOR HEALTH & REHABILITATION IN ABERDEEN IS NOW HIRING A PHYSICAL THERAPIST TO COME AND JOIN OUR TEAM! $50.00 - $60.00 /hr The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing quality Physical Therapy services to our residents. This includes treatment, provision of education, appropriate documentation, and patient/family communication for the purpose of assisting the patients achieve optimal functional level and quality of life in an interdisciplinary rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical health Full-time are eligible for: * 401K * Medical, Dental & Vision * FSA & Dependent Care FSA * Life Insurance * AD&D, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability * Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity * Legal Benefits, Identity Theft Protection * Pet Insurance and Auto/Home Insurance. Minimum pay - $50.00. Maximum pay - $60.00 Part-time are eligible for all of the above except Medical. On Call are not eligible for any of the above except 401k **Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.** RESPONSIBILITIES * Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans * Help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and other physical conditions * Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion * Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation QUALIFICATIONS * Valid Physical Therapist license * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Experience working with the elderly and physical abilities Avalon Health Care Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
