Responsibilities: Prefilling of physicians order OASIS Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification and Discharge based on clinicians assessment Creating authorization for clinicians Ensuring clinician's patient charts follow established policies and procedure guidelines Desired Skills & Knowledge: Must be a Registered Physical Therapist with a valid PRC license Clear speaking voice BPO experience not required Good English communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to exercise initiative and independent clinical judgment Ability to work with individuals, to enlist the cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal Strong customer service skills Strong computer skills - accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role.
