Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team. This position offers the opportunity to work with post-surgical, pre-surgical, and active adult patients who are engaged in their recovery and motivated to return to their daily routines. The role provides consistent daytime hours — Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or holidays required — offering a balanced professional schedule within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, medical histories, and functional limitations Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals Provide manual therapy, exercise, and other therapeutic modalities to support optimal recovery Educate patients and families on condition management, injury prevention, and home exercise programs Track measurable outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure progress Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Contribute to ongoing quality-improvement and compliance initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Florida State Physical Therapy License (in good standing) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to patient-centered care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience in orthopedic, sports, or post-surgical rehabilitation preferred New graduates with strong clinical experience are encouraged to apply Preferred Skills and Interests Manual therapy, corrective exercise, dry needling, or functional movement training Experience with EMR documentation and familiarity with outcome-tracking software Professional interest in continuous learning and evidence-based practice Benefits for Full-Time Employees Competitive compensation package Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability coverage 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Supportive leadership and a positive, team-based work culture Join a team where your expertise makes a lasting impact.
