What You’ll Do: Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans under physician direction. Deliver hands-on therapy to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve meaningful recovery goals. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress. Document patient condition and progress in compliance with state and federal regulations. Ensure punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts. What You Bring: Strong clinical reasoning and therapeutic skills. A collaborative mindset and commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams. Dedication to professionalism and confidentiality. Requirements Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licenses/Certification: Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed. Current CPR certification. Experience: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
