Description We have an excellent Full-Time opportunity for a dynamic Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to care for our residents in the comfort of their own homes. Must be licensed in the State of Missouri as a physical therapist, have excellent communication and computer skills as well as reliable transportation. High, flexible, salary and Sign-On Bonus available! You will: Assess the patient’s physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan Provide advice and support for family members Assess the home environments of the patient Educate and instruct on assistive devices and equipment Provide home exercise program Assist patients’ exercise for pain relief Review the patient’s progress and adapting the treatment accordingly Perform administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports, and making telephone calls Our philosophy of Love, Care and Understanding extends not only to our dear residents we care for, but to our compassionate staff members as well.
