Job Title: Physical Therapist Department: Physical Therapy Shift: Days Daily Work Times: 8:00am - 6:00pm M-Th; 8:00am - 12:00pm F Scheduled Biweekly Hours: 80 Position Summary: Performs physical therapy treatments for patients referred to department. Conducts patient evaluation, performs documentation of patient progress, treatment planning and completes discharge functions. Required: · Possess 5-7 years formal education and Bachelor/Master Degree/Doctorate in accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensure in State of Michigan required. Trained and educated in age-specific categories being served: infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric. Capable of spending 10-25%25 of time lifting, carrying, moving items weighing 25 pounds or more. Ability to effectively communicate and present self to people in courteous, tactful and poised manner. Preferred: Possess 5-7 years formal education and Bachelor/Master Degree/Doctorate in accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensure in State of Michigan required. Trained and educated in age-specific categories being served: infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
