Job Title: Physical Therapist Department: Physical Therapy Shift: Days Daily Work Times: 8:00am - 6:00pm M-Th; 8:00am - 12:00pm F Scheduled Biweekly Hours: 80 Position Summary: Performs physical therapy treatments for patients referred to department. Conducts patient evaluation, performs documentation of patient progress, treatment planning and completes discharge functions. Required: · Possess 5-7 years formal education and Bachelor/Master Degree/Doctorate in accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensure in State of Michigan required. Trained and educated in age-specific categories being served: infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric. Capable of spending 10-25%25 of time lifting, carrying, moving items weighing 25 pounds or more. Ability to effectively communicate and present self to people in courteous, tactful and poised manner. Preferred: Possess 5-7 years formal education and Bachelor/Master Degree/Doctorate in accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensure in State of Michigan required. Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist performs treatments for referred patients, including conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress and completing all necessary discharge functions.
